10-Day Return Policy
We offer a 10-day return policy from the date of delivery.
If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for applicable refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition as received
- In original packaging with all tags attached
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (invoice)
- Free from scratches, damage, or alterations
- We will only charge courier fees
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Prescription eyewear (customized items)
- Items on final sale or clearance
- Gift Packs
How to Return
- Login to your account and go to "My Orders"
- Select the order and click "Return Item"
- Choose reason for return
- We'll arrange a pickup within 2-3 business days
- Refund will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive the item
Exchanges
We offer exchanges or replacement for different colors, or variants. The fastest way to exchange is to return the original item and place a new order. The exchange/replacement may attract destination to source courier charges
Refunds
Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection.
If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@vincentvance.com with photos. We'll arrange a replacement or provide applicable refund.
